[TFS 1.1] ORTS-Optional Pvp options

I have ORTS on TFS 1.1. I was wondering how to do 2 non-pvp world options:
1. walking throught other players
2. destroying m-walls (walking on one,and it disapears)

Maybe someone is able to help me with these problems, because I don't know how to solve them. ;/
