[TFS 1.1] Teleport wand for admins

I have no idea where to add this, also is it possible to just make a teleport wand? I have been searching everywhere but cant find a good teleport item for tfs 1.2

I have tried using your script :\ but kept giving error. Atm i cannot test it again and show the error until i get a dedi host.
