Im searching for TFS 1.1 a Blessing npc where that acts like Quentin in Thais temple.. That can Heal, and sell u twist of fate.. But in the same time offer you all blessings

And Addoner Exchanger NPC.. You still gather all the required items for the addon you want.. but you dont need to do all the quest's to gain it.. Instead you just need the items and can buy all addons with the right items from the same npc..

Like Valkhar i guess his name is on 8.6~
