If you are looking for a custom rsa key you will need to modify rsa.cpp but I already know you don't know how to do that.
I really don't see a point if otclient can connect to almost any ot server.

Changing a client's protocol has nothing to do with the rsa key.

You don't know what you are talking about, when you figure out how to explain what you would really like to do then please by all means post your issue. As it stands you aren't making any sense.
