Lua [TFS 1.2][10.98] Real Tibia Map, 3 problems, need help!

Hi guys,

I know that someone good in this can solve this problems easy, i hope somebody can!

1st problem with "unknown key value:!

and the last 3rd problem - server is online, im typing login/password, choose character then [enter] and im waiting...... and nothing happen
