[TFS 1.2 ] 5 man x% chance teleport

If its possible to make a similar to anni script with 5 player position to teleport with a x% chance of succes? In case of fail, please come back tomorrow.
E.g. 5man party cleared dungeon and reach the final room with teleport (anni kind) now the a lever have 40% chance to teleport players to a boss room and 60% chance to tp out of dungeon.

Just edit anni, check for 5 squares instead of 4, and before teleport.. if math. random(100) >40 then
