Windows TFS 1.2 Crashing on windows (many builds)

Hello!
I have problem with my tfs.
Server is running for max 5 minutes and later its crashing (screen)

screen is in polish language but:
Program tfs.... has stopped working.
Program has stopped working correctly becouse of problem. Windows will close this program and tell You if there is a available solution.
Debug / Close program

There is my retarded translation of this error. As You can see in console there isnt any error.
Im using ORTS data from this forum.
I have compiled tfs1.2 from sources and downloaded ready tfs, and there is no difference, its always crashing, ive tried tfs 1.1 and after some minutes this error showing up again.

Can someone tell me whats wrong? ahh almost forgot its x64 build i tried with x32 build but it cant run correctly

If i do that server will stop crashing or just error wont show anymore but console will close?

Edit: i did it becouse i was curious and everything is as i expected, i mean console just dissapearing so it doesnt help me

Can this problem applies windows 7 HOME ? Becouse i have this one
