TFS 1.2 Gesior 2012

Well, I can't see the guild logo's on my website. Im using an edited gesior 2012 for tfs 1.2 and I saw that the problem has something to do with layout.php because I have tried the original layout and config and that seems to be working... It has nothing to do with the logo not having the right dir because I have checked it 100 times and that's how it should be. Can anyone help me?
