[TFS - 1.2] house talkactions in Lua

today testing in TFS 1.2 i saw that you can use !sellhouse player, but isnt in talkactions, or as a script in talkactions/scripts? where can i find this?

Either update to 1.3 or add this to your source code; Move !sellhouse to talkactions · otland/forgottenserver@1c227d3 · GitHub
