how can i use mounts in pz ?.

im using tfs 1.2

You can enable group 'access' for each player group (not recommended), or remove the 'mount' part by modifying a function in the source code (player.cpp#onChangeZone). The latter alternative requires you to recompile.

it's worth all the work just incase you have to recompile again for something else

It's not recommended to change the access, because players will have the access benefits like gm or GOD.
If you need to compile, use the link @Xeraphus gave you and follow the guide based on your OS.
