[TFS 1.2] How to make wall hangable

Hey there,

Stumped again.. i cant seem to figure out how i can make a wall 'hangable' i have this wall ID 22765 and i cant hang any items on it. (example a picture) i've had a search around the sources but cant find any lists or anything.. had a check in the items.otb and cant find anything either.. Someone point me in the right direction?

no no i dont want to hang stuff on the wall i want the wall to accept hangable items.
