how can i use this tool to edit 10.98 items.otb? thanks in advice

hi, thanks for your answer, i already tried with it, i got it from ur post in blacktibia, but when i try to load the item.otb it says that it doesnt have support for client 57, tried adding in pluggin three .xml this line

<client version="1098" description="Client 10.98" otbversion="57" datsignature="42A3" sprsignature="57BBD603"/>

but still saying the same, any help?

Check the signatures of tibia.dat and tibia.spr;
