Lua TFS 1.2 NPC system. Trade window doesn't access bank balance

I have freshly compiled the TFS 1.2 source code and I'm noticing that the NPC trade window is not able to access the player bank balance. The bank NPC and in-game market has no issue with accessing the bank account. Is there a modification necessary to the NPC/lib directory files for this to properly function?
