Lua tfs 1.2 problem with npchandler.lua

I use The Forgotten Server 1.2and i try npc's folders from many datapacs with same tfs & tibia version. And always i have this problem (only when i try to talk with npc ingame)

NPC dont want talk with me.
anyone know how i can fix it ?
