TFS 1.2 script errors

Ive been looking everywhere for a solution but nothing seems to work for me. Can someone tell me why this doesn't work?

trying to use this script. Copy/Paste.
CreatureEvent - [TFS 1.1] onAdvance reward

download sublime text or notepad++ and copy/paste it in there
maybe the encoding on whatever you're using is messing it up

I use notepad++ and there's no mis matched brackets. Everything looks fine. I think there's something missing from my server folder. (Libs) but I don't know what it could be.

no, it says you have a weird character on your first line

make sure your file is encoded with UTF-8
How do I convert an ANSI encoded file to UTF-8 with Notepad++?

i remember someone had this error before but i can't remember if he solved it
it's definitely an encoding issue, i'm not sure what to tell you
keep playing around with different UTF-8 settings
or ANSI
