Hi guys, I am complet newbie when it comes to OTs. I wanted to start serv for few friends and just kill some mobs, from time to time. I downloaded ORTS and thanks to superb tutorials by dominique120 and Znote I somehow get it going.

The problem is I don't know how to make in-game acc maker, or just import some acc to copy and modify it to my needs(just 4-5accs with diffrent chars). I saw some web ACCmakers like devAAC, but I don't know how to use it. Can somebody help me with this problem?

TFS 1.x does not have an ingame account manager. You must set up a website to be able to create accounts and characters like you saw on Znotes tutorial.
