Solved TFS 1.2 updating folders

hi guys, all i wanted to know is, if there is a way to update my server changes without closing it? there was a version that had a GUI server and had some options, so i was wonring if there is a way to "interact" with the server by using command line?

keep in mind /reload will only work if you are on a god character with account type 5 (you can change account type in database, set it to 5 which is ACCOUNT_TYPE_GOD in scripts)
