As far as I know "Guild War System" is now handle by website (Gesior, Znote AAC) unless you make some changes to the source code.

what do you mean by handle by website ? the line itself which make it allowed into game what makes it work, not a website sir

There are no pre-made talkactions for TFS 1.2 to handle guild wars. If you want to use talkactions in TFS 1.2 like you do in 0.3.6 War System - you will need to create them.
Most people using the war system functionality of TFS 1.x are letting their website handle the creation of wars and the creaturescript playerdeath.lua handles everything else. The default TFS 1.x playerdeath.lua is not configured for that though, so you need a custom one or need to edit it yourself. ZnoteAAC comes with a custom playerdeath.lua to achieve this.
