Yes, the so called Otxserver is a downgraded version of 1.x, which supports a few versions including 8.6. You may have to compile it on your own.

Yes they should work as long as the functionality of the code is supported by 8.6. Which means a code with mounts won't work for example. But most codes should work I believe.Hello ma frend =)

As you might see if you check the latest commit on the linked github repositories, ninja's version is not being updated, while otx is being constantly updated (which people consider as cluttering with unnecessary features).What's the difference between ninja/otx? Ty!
As you might see if you check the latest commit on the linked github repositories, ninja's version is not being updated, while otx is being constantly updated (which people consider as cluttering with unnecessary features).
Basically otx will have more features but is arguably full of useless stuff (according to people, I do not say this is true or not). I have made no comparisons myself and have no insight in the contents of either, so you might try to use the search feature to read about either of those versions and make your own opinion.
the stability for both might not be the best id assume (a version supported by a way higher client version being downgraded) but it's the best you're gonna get
