TFS 1.X+ tfs 1.3 8.6 is possible force spawn?

Is possible force spawn? Exemple: player enter in arena, kill 10 demons and leave.
When next player enter, force spawn for 10 monsters again. I dont want to use function create/summon monster. I need it spawned normaly.
It's possible the normal spawn need to wait 60 seconds to appers, i need to force this spawn, and decrease time only in this area.
Remeber in map editor is not possible make spawn less then 60s.

just edit the spawn.xml after you save it on RME, tfs support a minimum of 1 second spawn interval so I see no problem:
