TFS 1.X+ tfs 1.3 cast system "change cast holding ctrl + arrow"

I downloaded the source otx 1.3 for the warm version 8.6 and it came "clean".
Where can I find the cast system that changes the screen holding ctrl + arrow, to be able to add to this source?

didn't try yet doing some changes to let it work with my old database table and some new features since i was using another one

don't worry iam well sure it's working because i know its working because many are using it
