all i could find in sources was this: https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/blob/master/src/protocolgame.cpp#L2847
the real cap is 1500 but it shows lower i guess

Player max speed is set here: https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/blob/master/src/player.h#L108

The player's base speed is halved when sent to the client here as an unsigned short: https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/blob/master/src/protocolgame.cpp#L2847

With this information, you can technically set the max speed value to no more than 131070.

Max speed on tibia 2000 ( Kharsek + utani tempo hur= 2000 speed )

pd: Ek 370 + speed set + spells speed = 1024
