TFS 1.3 Protocol and TFS 1.2 Commands

Hi two days ago i compile otservbr global for tibia 10-12.
tfs working a fine but i cant login in the server till i see same communicat: Only protocol client only client tibia 10- 12 allowed
but i use client 10.98? what the happends?
and next problem i download from otland ready tfs 1.2 and groups.xml not working a correct:

And others not working my god can be dead and lose capacity but he can using commands

allowed clients are 10.00 and 12.x
