tfs 1.4 10.98 any command on god account doesn't work

Hi, i have problem with tfs 1.4, i try test it on 10.98 version, but i can't use any command /m /i /s
My account type is 5 and character group is 6, why it still not working? I try restart all after change type/group but still nothing happend
