Compiling [TFS 1.4.2] - Compiling problem - Even with libs installed still not find them (Windows).

I'm trying to compile TFS and I'm having this problem using CLion:

When I use VS, I have even more errors. Since my CPU can't use WSL and Docker is failing to download Crypto++, I would like any help to try to copile my TFS.

Note: Both of this libs are installed and I think the env variables were correctly added by the installation. Yet, this error persist.

Anyone could help me out to deal with it?
