[TFS 1.5]Forge or Upgrade system

Can anybody help me?
I would like a simple forging/upgrade system (or not xD), it would be a stone that would be dropped from monsters, this single stone would have the properties to increase the damage of weapons by percentage, each time you use the item on a weapon/wand increase damage by 10% and add [+1] to each upgrade
