C++ [TFS 1.5] Green message only in game window and do not display time in chat.

Hello.
I am downgrading the 1.5 forgottenserver to protocol 7.4 and two hard for me things which have left to be done is to do not display "onlook" green message in the console but only in the game window. I've seen that Tibiantis somehow has done it.

I can not find a code for it anywhere in the source.
I use client 7.72
