TFS 1.X datapack with custom map

Is exist any FULL STABLE TFS 1.X datapack with custom map?

I found only:
[10.40] Mystera 5(aka EvoRPG) final release
[10.40] Neptune Project unfinished + AAC

Are there only RL maps, why? In old days there was so many custom maps.
