Windows TFS .4 Error when start

Hello, I have a TFS server that gives this error when i try to start it can someone help me out?

ForgottenServer.exe - system Error
The program can't start because libsqlite3-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the prgram to fix this problem.

This server was working fine then was stored on my Usb drive for a couple years i wasnt hosting it.
Now gives these errors anyone know how to fix this?:<

you need to add those dll files to your folder where the exe is in
search google for them

Yes it's easy to fix as long as the actual .exe isn't broken
"The program can't start because libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing from your computer."
just as the error says and xeraphus explained, some dlls are missing and adding them to the same folder as the .exe is in should fix it (if the .exe isn't broken ofc)

Ok so ive added the Libsqlit3-0.dll file that i needed and i got this error 0xc000007b unable to start correctly

that means the dll(s) are mismatched with your exe
if your exe is 64bit it cannot have a 32bit dll, and vice versa
