TFS 8.5 problem

Today i've downloaded tfs form here:

Some links are dead but i found it in "google"
I added these files to each other and when i trying to login i have got debug and this error in console:

Delete that server. Instead download this one.

that is TFS 8.5.

Checked this tutorial bypassing the secure part, downloaded your Mystic Spirit instead of Crying Damson, imported the database i've used xampp for it. Server is running. Result?
STILL DEBUG while try to login wtf causing it?
