I have a little problem. BUT i need help fast 
So the problem is i have charges on my runes and but the starting quests doesnt works :S but sword,1cc,bolt,crossbow and more works fins but not the rune questes. And i have Tfs mustic spirit 8.50.

The quest works now but its now 1x but i want it to 100. How do i change charge? :s
