tfs 9.10 server problems

hi i have just made a new 9.10 server and i try to make myself god and it doesnt work the highest i could go is gamemaster and that doesnt have any commands. so i add commands and the server i guess doesnt like it and spamms every command i put in and said acctype wasnt right and the group id wasnt there. can someone tell me what i can do to fix this
