[TFS 9.31] Outfit access problem.

Hi otland, im here to see if anyone can help me with a problem im experiencing,
I've added an outfit to my server which I would like to only be used by players with access 5(gods)
but for some reason I cant seem to figure out what i've done wrong.
this is what I have:

	<outfit type="1" looktype="386" enabled="1" name="GOD" access="5" premium="1"/>

but for some odd reason any player can access this outfit... can someone help me with this problem?

and set the gender "2" to your god
