TFS 9.46 Issue

Hey, I downloaded TFS off of the site and tried doing a test run of the server and kept getting a 10061 error. It would disconnect me from the server when I went to log into the account manager. I then tried having free premium on the server, and then the client would just completely debug, but get a 200002 error for the first few times. I then restarted my laptop and then ran the server and tried logging on, but I wouldnt even be allowed to access the acc manager window before my client debugging. I changed the free premium back to how it was when i downloaded the server and still the same thing. The server is hosted on a computer with windows 7 and the "test" computer has vista and Im using the otland ipchanger to access the server. Ive also tried opening all 3 programs with admin, redownloaded the tibia client, and changed the tibia 9.46 graphics from the default to open gl and still the debug appears. It would be awesome if I could get some help here :) Thanks
