TFS Accounts wont save to database

When I make an account using the AFS-CMS website, the accounts are not saving to the database. Is it because I need to updated my phpmyadmin?

phpmyadmin should have no affect on your CMS. Make sure that you have your CMS properly configured to the correct database (the one that TFS uses). Also, make sure that you have all the configuration files setup correctly.
