I am Mapping,and i would like to Put my ots as Local server so i can check out for bugs etc, I need help or Tutorial how i can do it.

You mean just how to get a server to test your maps? If you don't have a server yet: Go to google: Download Crying Damson 8.54 (you can choose other version too ofc).
Only thing you have to do next is, put your ip in config at 127.0.0.1 and copy/add your map in the map thats in your server (data/world). Then start the server with the sword icon and put 127.0.0.1 as ip in your ipchanger to log in.
