Why would you even want to decompile an OTServer? It's literally impossible for whatever task you're planning, yeah because it's a hard task simply because TFS is already complete unless you are after some feature, you're better off just programming it.

You can use a decompiler like Hex-rays or Ida Pro but you will be decompiling to assembly; and if you cant figure out how to decompile programs yourself I doubt you will know what to do with the disassembled code.
