Solved TFS.exe problem

Any idea what can be a problem ? I rlly dont know.
TFS 1.2
10.90
On Windows 8.1 working normally
WS have that problem and i have no idea what is that ;D

Problem sovled.
Dunno if it was right way, but changed few things and compiled new one. Working great now.
