TFS flags calculator for 0.2.13

Any1 got flags calculator for TFS 0.2.13 ? in OTS database manager by Gesior is only calculator for TFS 0.3

0.2.13 has the same flag system as the OpenTibia flags.

i set flags in this http://hem.bredband.net/johannesrosen/playerflags.html and i put in groups->gamemaster->flags and dont work :\

yea and i cant atk player with my god and i dont have checkmarked the "Can not attack players" i have Forgotten server 0.3.1
and what does Custom flags table do?
