TFS: Health/Mana Regeneration?

Is there any way for me to edit the health and mana regeneration rate? (Speed at which they go up, given the player has eaten). I'm using TFS, and I'll change and recompile the source code if I must, but I feel that there should be a way to edit that without needing to effect the source code directly. (A lot on OTservs seem to have increased the regen rates)

Any suggestions?
