TFS: HP/Mana Regeneration Rate

Hey there,
I'm trying to increase the speed all vocations regenerate.

I edited vocations.xml
Current:

Code:

gainmanaticks="2" gainmanaamount="10"

And even after I reloaded and reset the server
It was still 5 mana every 3 seconds.
I am using The Forgotten Server 0.3.6pl1
