TFS MYSQL ERROR! Please help fast!

I got this when i open up my server, im using the latest tfs patch level 1

Console:

[24/07/2012 21:18:35] >> Loading database driver...Failed to connect to database. MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
[24/07/2012 21:18:36] > ERROR: Failed to connect to database, read doc/MYSQL_HELP for information or try SQLite which doesn't require any connection.

Obviously as stated by the error, you should hopefully know how to fix it.
But since your nick includes "swag" i'm guessing you don't.
So here's an idiot's guide:

1. Run MySQL
2. Start TFS.

But hey Korrex, what If MySQL IS running? and it still doesnt work?

Dont be ashamed to admit you dont know any solution to anything and that you simply suck?

verify ur password and name of your database, then check if this info is correctly put in your config.lua

Try running mysql and apache proccess in xampp directory.

What if you change it to sqlite and it still reads it as mysql?
