Windows TFS on windows 7 is asking for libeay32.dll

TFS rev 4211 (?i dont remember whats version it is) is asking for rev libeay32.dll, i downloaded from internet but still error :S

btw windows 7 x64

Use the one from devcpp/bin it comes with openssl
