[TFS] optimizeDatabaseAtStartup - what does it do?

Hello, OtLanders!

I'd like to know what does, exactly, the "optimizeDatabaseAtStartup" do.

Of course, I know that it optimizes the database when the server starts up (duh!), but how does it optimize it?

I need to know it to be sure that it won't get in trouble with some things I do with the database out-side TFS.

It update your database, example. if you using database of tfs 0.2 it will update your database to 0.3
