And my second question is how can I update my server to be playable by players with 8.62, 
is this something with source codes? If yes then please tell me how to get source files.

I am not a C++ coder, but I believe you can fix that in resources.h.

The thing that I dont know, is how to get resources out of my engine.
Since I used to be donator I have TFS 0.4 r. 3698 but those files are not included in folder.

Download the sources released by elf on the donor board? And then use tfs-devcpp and edit the file.
A tip if you dont even know where the file is. You should probably get someone to do the work for you, because you need a couple of iq to do this.
