tfs ram used high?

Hey i saw my server was using 844mb ram on a empty server how come it use that much?

my 7.6 server use 1,5 Gb ram in minimum.
and it use 2-2,5 GB while it's loading ^^

so your server doesn't use much =D

yep, it depends on map, with Rl map, empty server will take over 1 gb xD

It's still insane, you can easily get a WoW server using just 600-700MB ram at load time. Map is also alot bigger.

Yes, hopefully the TFS Team will figure something on it, heard talks about map in SQL?

On the other hand, how much is 4GB memory now days? just a few $$.

True, I think theres someway it loads the whole map into your memory to save loading time for players.

WoW map is stored on the database and is loaded with realtime-queries. --Correct me if i'm wrong.
