TFS Server Possible Server Problem Or Bug?

Hey guys, when players get above protection level and die, they get downgraded to level 1?
I am using cryingdamson 0.3.6 (8.60) V8.2 server and have set loss_experience to 100 and the problem is still here?

Can someone with experience please help me

Ofc they will loose 100% of the EXP if you set the EXP loss to 100% -.-

I had changed it to 0 and it still did the same

Did you have this problem at the moment you download the server or after you changed or added something?
