TFS Starup error....

When i try start my server and everything is fine but I am get this error ):

I've looked this up for about 20 minutes, and every thread regarding this issue (about 4) has had no responses and/or were ignored.
It appears to be an issue with the source itself, and the 'fix' does not appear to be mentioned anywhere.

I'd suggest finding another source.
