Hello i have TFS 0.2 and my problem is : when i kill a person with unjustifed i have to wait 11-12 hours for decrease... can i change the time? like = 1 unjustifed kill = 1 hour and kill will decrease after 1h... could anyone help me ?
 
The newest version of TFS (0.2.13) from the 0.2 series got this. Download and use that.
