Windows The app OTLand IP Changer don't run

When attempt run OTLand IP Changer the Windows send me this message:

OTLand IP stopped working:

.

Sorry for the Spanish, and my bad English. But i'm from latin American.

Im have windows 7, .NET framework 4.5.

Yes, I already tried but the problem persists

I did have the exact same problem,with same errors,but it solved after starting it with adminstrator

Really? I tried running it from the Administrator. But I still does not work

This way I run my app.

In english say: "Run this program as an administrator"

Limoz, I tried doing what you suggested me, however, the problem persistence .

What location on your computer are you executing this from?

refers to desktop location for example? im runing in desktop
